  • WHAT IF I DON'T WANT WEEKLY VIDEO CALLS?
    You do not have to do weekly video calls if you feel comfortable enough communicating over
  • CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU AFTER 3 MONTHS ARE OVER?
    If you would like to continue to work with me after the three months, you may sign up for another three months. The initial video call may be bypassed, unless needed (depending on progress) or wanted.
  • HOW OFTEN WILL YOU RESPOND TO MY TEXT MESSAGES?
    Depending on my schedule, I will get back to you within minutes or 24 hours of your previous message.
  • HOW DOES THE MEAL PLAN WORK?
    We will go over your fitness goals and tailor a meal plan that you will find easier to stick to compared to a “generalized cookie cutter” meal plan.
  • WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERIES?
    I will have a list of protein, fat, and carb options, so if you have any dietary restrictions, you will be able to swap food items out.
  • WHAT IF I CHEAT ON MY DIET?
    It happens, and is not the end of the world! If you cheat on your diet, it is recommended to keep me notified so I can make any necessary changes from then on to keep you on the right track.
