THE BEGINNINGS
I was born in the beautiful town of Lihue, Hawaii. When I was five years old, my family and I relocated to the bustling city of Las Vegas.
Growing up as the oldest of five siblings, I learned early on the importance of responsibility, discipline, and perseverance.
My father, a dedicated police officer, was a constant source of inspiration. I watched him train diligently at home in our garage, his commitment to fitness and discipline leaving a lasting impression on me. My mother, a devoted housewife, created a loving and supportive environment, ensuring we all had what we needed to thrive.
My fitness journey began with challenges that many can relate to. I started as a naturally skinny kid, which led to feelings of insecurity about my physique.
When I finally had the freedom to make my own food choices, I swung to the other extreme, gaining weight drastically by indulging in unhealthy eating habits. This period of my life taught me valuable lessons about the importance of balanced nutrition and the pitfalls of neglecting it.
I experienced firsthand the impact of poor dietary choices on my body and well-being, which fueled my desire to find a healthier path.
